Stress Busting Boot Camp At Dawn
You're probably stressed out. Like, really stressed out. I see so many people in my practice that are so chronically stressed they've forgotten that there's another way to be. I've found that one of the most effective ways of tacking chronic anxiety is a brief, but highly focused and intensive, period of commitment and action to take care of oneself.
I run 8-week stress busting groups. They are not for everyone. I ask a lot of from you during that time. Better said, I invite YOU to ask a lot from yourself during that time. If you're chronically stressed, you aren't going to make much headway making yourself one cup of herbal tea every 5 days and thinking to yourself, once in a while, "I should relax."
You probably need to tackle this thing head on and teach your body to remember HOW to relax instead of just scolding it because it can't. That's where this course comes in.
Here's what the course includes
- Mindfulness/Meditation Instruction and, more importantly, practice and accountability to follow through on meditation
- Relaxation Exercises
- How to deal with a restless, ruminating, and worried mind
- Lifestyle evaluation and plan to build in more ease
- Destressing your relationships
- Forest walk meditation
The group will meet from 6:30 AM - 8:30 AM on Tuesdays we'll begin in April.
